Experience the Thrill of Diving!
Diving is a dynamic sport that builds fitness, flexibility, coordination, core strength, and self-confidence—all while having loads of fun! With seven progressive skill levels, kids gradually work up to performing dives from both 1-meter and 3-meter boards.
At Diving WA, our Learn to Dive program is the perfect introduction for children to experience the excitement and challenge of diving. Each session is led by experienced, certified coaches and designed to provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment. Our lessons focus on helping primary and early secondary school-aged children develop fundamental diving skills through engaging activities, positive reinforcement, and expert guidance.
Is Your Child Ready to Dive In?
Our program is ideal for children who:

Diving Australia Levels Program?
Diving WA follows the Diving Australia Levels Program, a nationally recognized pathway designed to introduce children to diving in a fun, safe, and structured way. From simple poolside jumps and forward rolls to dives from 1-meter and 3-meter springboards, your child will progress through seven clearly defined levels—each building confidence, coordination, and technical skill.
Every level includes:
- 7 key skills tailored to your child’s stage of development
- Clear goals to keep them motivated
- A strong focus on safe technique and body awareness
- Official certificate recognising their hard work at the completion of a level
