Nikita Hains - Development Coach

Olympian (Tokyo 2020)
12 x International Medals (Grand Prix events, World Cups and World Championships)
4 x National Titles between 2018-2022 (10m platform Individual & Sychro)

An Olympian and proud product of Western Australian diving, Nikita Hains brings world-class experience and local passion to her role as Development Coach at Diving WA.

A Tokyo 2020 Olympian and international platform medallist, Nikita understands firsthand the dedication, discipline, and resilience required to reach the highest level. After beginning her journey with Diving WA as a junior diver, she rose through the national pathway before returning home to help guide the next generation of athletes.

In her role, Nikita focuses on bridging the gap between participation and performance, supporting young divers as they transition into state and national programs. Her coaching approach combines technical precision with empathy and mentorship, creating an environment where athletes can build confidence, master fundamentals, and develop a lifelong love for the sport.

Nikita’s return to WA diving represents a full-circle story, an athlete turned coach giving back to the community that first sparked her passion for the sport.
