Dev Squad – Supporting Foundations to High Performance
The Development Squad program plays a crucial role in the Diving WA athlete pathway, acting as a bridge between foundational skill development and the high-performance environment of the State Program. It provides a structured, supportive environment where aspiring divers can further refine their technique, build physical and mental resilience, and gain exposure to the expectations of elite sport.
Entry is by invitation and is based on ongoing assessment by Diving WA’s Senior Coaching Team through regular training and Talent Identification programs. We look for athletes with potential, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
