🌟 About Family Splash 🌟

Family Splash is Diving WA’s new family-friendly program where parents and children learn diving together. Led by qualified coaches, sessions focus on fun, confidence-building, and fundamental movement skills through safe poolside activities and engaging dryland circuits. Designed for families with children aged 6+, it’s ideal for beginners, those progressing from Holiday Splash or Learn to Dive, or anyone looking for an active way to connect. No diving experience required.

Session Details

• Child Age: 6 years + (must be able to swim 25m in deep water unaided and confidently)
• Length: 60 minutes
• Cost: $26 per session (inc 1 Adult & 1 Child) + $10 per additional family member
• When: Saturdays, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Location: Perth HPC

Membership

• Children: Learn to Dive Membership required

• Adults: Recreational Membership  required

What's Involved?

Each session includes a mix of:

• Safe poolside diving activities

• Dryland movement circuits to build balance, coordination, and strength

• Basic diving shapes and jumps adapted for beginners

• Parent–child collaborative activities

• Guided skill development with an emphasis on fun, safety, and shared enjoyment

Activities are delivered in short, engaging rotations designed to support learning and confidence.
