💜 Wear It Purple – Come & Try Diving Event 2026 💜

Come along to Diving WA’s Wear It Purple Come & Try Diving Event and discover a fun, welcoming and supportive community where all abilities are welcome!

* MUST BE REGISTERED AS A FREE COME 'N' TRY MEMBER OR HOLD A CURRENT DWA MEMBERSHIP* REGISTER HERE

Whether you’re completely new to diving or looking to challenge yourself and learn some new skills, this is the perfect opportunity to give diving a go in a safe and encouraging environment.

Participants will have the chance to:

• Learn how to safely jump and dive from all diving boards

• Explore our dryboards, trampolines and foam pit

• Take part in fun conditioning and warm-up activities

• Challenge yourself, build confidence and learn new skills

• Meet new people and experience the supportive diving community

Who Can Attend?

Participants must:

• Be confident in deep water

• Be able to swim 10 metres unassisted and confidently to move safely to the side of the pool

• If you are already a DWA Member, your membership is included if not, you will need to register as a come 'n' try member HERE prior

This event is all aboutinclusion, community, confidence and having fun. Allies and members of the LGBTQIA+ community are welcome!
