Training Days:

• Monday 4.00 - 6.30pm  
• Tuesday 4.00 - 6.30pm
• Wednesday 4.00 - 6.30pm 
• Thursday 6.00 - 8.00am
• Saturday 7.00 - 10.00am

2-5 sessions per week (5 hours-12.5 hours, recommend at least 1 morning session per week)

Term 4 - 2026 dates:

• Term starts Monday 12th October 2026
• Term ends on Saturday 19th December 2026
