Are you ready to dive deeper, literally and mentally, into what it takes to perform at the highest level? This December, Diving WA invites all ages and abilities to join our exclusive “Learn From Our Olympians” Camp, headlined by two of WA’s finest, Tony Ally and Nikita Hains.

What to Expect

This won’t be your average “learn to dive” session. This camp is designed to unlock the mindset, technique and ambition of elite performance, bridging the gap between community level and high-performance excellence. Highlights include:

• Advanced technical & tactical insights - Tony and Nikita will walk participants through the high-performance diving details that often don’t get covered in regular training sessions. Expect both dryland and pool-based practical training.
• Mindset & attitude discussion - What mental habits help divers push through pressure, stay focused, and continually improve? We’ll explore the attitudes that distinguish performers at national and international levels.
• Career reflection segment - A chance for athletes to think big, reflect, and gain perspective from experienced Olympians.
• Q&A session - Bring your questions. Tony and Nikita are at their best when answering what athletes really want to know.
