To all Diving WA members,

Please find attached Notice of the 2017 Special General Meeting, to be held at HBF Stadium Executive Suite on Saturday 19th August from 9:30am.

The Associations Incorporation Act of 1987 has been repealed and replaced with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015, which commenced on 1^st July 2016, and requires all incorporated associations, such as Diving WA, to review and update their constitutions to reflect the change in legislation. The board has also taken this opportunity to clean up grammar and wording in the constitution and the following major areas: Voting Rights, Members and Board Composition.

The proposed changes are explained further in the table along with the Notice.
